ETUC input to the EP draft report on the 28th Regime & ETUI Policy Brief
Following the EP draft report on the 28th regime, the ETUC calls on the European Parliament to take ETUC concerns
into consideration and make sure that the social Acquis Communautaire can be secured in a highly competitive social market economy with the aim to achieve
social progress, full employment and the protection of the environment as laid down in Article 3 TEU.
These concerns have been raised in the document "ETUC input to the EP draft report on the 28th Regime".
In addition, ETUI has published a Policy Brief "How a 28th company law regime jeopardises workers’ rights"to inform the upcoming debate on the European Commission's expected proposal for a European company law framework for ‘innovative’ companies (that is, start-ups and scale-ups).
