ETUCLEX training: advancing trade union and workers' rights through litigation at Council of Europe bodies

A training session is foreseen in Spring/Summer 2024 (date yet to be confirmed) which will take place in Strasbourg and which will focus on litigating at the judicial and quasi-judicial bodies of the Council of Europe to advance workers’ and trade union rights.

The training will focus on the European Court of Human Rights and the Collective Complaints procedure of the European Social Charter.
