The European Coalition for Corporate Justice has published its Preliminary Legal Analysis (" From Ambition to Erosion: How Omnibus I Rolls back the CSDDD") following the adoption in the EP last December 2025 of the final text of the Omnibus I package.
The analysis highlights some of the problematic changes introduced by Omnibus I and outlines how Member States can restore key protections contained in the original Directive.
