NETLEX anniversary conference: 25 YEARS OF TRADE UNION LEGAL ACTIVISM IN EUROPE

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to the 25th Anniversary Conference on the ETUC Network of Trade Union Legal Experts – NETLEX. 

The conference will take place on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 December 2021 on the CFDT’s premises in Paris. The conference will be held in person and streamed online.

We will confirm the languages in due course.

The first day will be the celebration of the 25 years of NETLEX in the presence of distinguished guests. This will be an opportunity to reflect on the evolution of the ETUC legal network and showcase the importance of trade union legal action for defending and promoting social justice.

During the second day we will discuss with high level representatives from organisations such as the Council of Europe, the International Labour Organisation, the EU institutions and academia the latest developments in European labour law, among others collective bargaining, democracy at work, digitalisation, due diligence and the impact of covid on human rights.

The conference will be 9am to 5pm on Day 1 and 9am to 4pm on Day 2.

We warmly invite you to the celebration dinner on the evening of 2 December at the Musée d'Orsay in Paris.
