EU Competition Law Online Workshop

The workshop will examine the interplay between EU competition law and sustainability, and the role of competition law enforcement in supporting the EU’s sustainability objectives. Special focus will be placed on the practical challenges faced by competition authorities in relation to the assessment of social, economic and environmental considerations as well as by companies that are willing to engage in sustainable initiatives.
