Working paper on The Right to Strike, Minimum Service Levels, and European Values

A working paper has been published by Alan Bogg of the University of Bristol on the topic of the "Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Bill 2023" which proposes a 'minimum service levels' framework for strikes in certain public services in the UK.

The paper assesses the current legal status of the British right to strike from the perspective of European comparators.
